Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your With You locket, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order completion date. Products must be in new and saleable condition. Returns must be shipped back with a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance options. To request a RMA, please login to your account and select RMA. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.
