Returns
- How can I return or exchange an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your With You locket, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order completion date. Products must be in new and salable condition. Returns must be shipped back with a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance options. To request a RMA, please login to your account and select RMA. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.

- How do I care for my With You jewelry?
Our products are made of Sterling Silver and require simple steps to keep them looking their best. Please refer to our Product Care section for complete guidelines and instructions.
Products
- How can I get a photo sized correctly for my locket?
We offer two options for your convenience.
1. When making an online purchase, you can upload and size your photo on the product page. With You will print, cut, laminate and insert the photo so your locket arrives with your loved one already inside.
2. If you purchase your locket from a retailer, you can visit our Custom Printed Photos section to upload a photo that we will size, print, cut, laminate and ship to you. For more information, visit our Customize Photos section of the website. - My bracelet chain is too long for my wrist. What do I do?
Our bracelet chains are 9 inches long so that they can be worn as anklets or bracelets. If the chain is too long for your wrist, your local jeweler can easily adjust the size for a custom fit.
- Can my With You jewelry be repaired?
It depends on the damage the piece has endured. We recommend bringing your piece to a qualified jewelry repair service for evaluation.

Warranty
- What do I do if my With You jewelry is lost or stolen?
Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. Please be sure to always check that your locket’s clasp is closed tightly and that your chain is secured.
Gifts
- Do you offer Gift Wrap service?
All jewelry is packaged in a tarnish-resistant With You pouch and arrives in a box tied with our signature ribbon. If you would like your jewelry gift wrapped in paper, please add Gift Wrap to your order during checkout.
- Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, if you choose to gift wrap your item, you can include a personal message that will arrive with your locket. Be sure to include your name on the message so the recipient knows it’s from you!
- Do you offer Gift Cards?
With You offers digital gift cards that are emailed directly to the recipient. They can be found in our Shopping Section.
- How can I redeem my Gift Card?
In the shopping cart, enter your Gift Card code into the "Redeem Gift Card" field and click "Add Gift Card." You can add multiple Gift Cards to your order by following this process for each Gift Card number. Unused balances will remain on the Gift Card and do not expire.
