Nearly ten years after creating a locket for her sister’s wedding, Mikki Glass decided to bring the idea to market. Using her experience as an independent business owner, she quickly assessed the opportunity and what/who it would take to launch a new brand in the jewelry category.
At the time Mikki’s husband, Troy Haley, was retiring after 24 years of military service where he specialized in Operations and Training Management. Bringing him on board was an easy decision given his deep experience in developing systems and operations excellence.
Elizabeth DeMaso, a former marketing colleague, rounded out the team bringing her luxury marketing and retail expertise to the company. An avid jewelry enthusiast, Elizabeth quickly dug in to help craft the look and feel of both the jewelry and the brand.
Jamie Glass is the Chief Technology Officer. Jamie’s years of leading the IT function for fashion and bridal brands ensured best-in-class practices were employed from day one.
Together, the four partners have worked seamlessly to reimagine lockets for the modern age. The result is a line of beautiful jewelry that celebrates the people we love most.
